We are looking for a Production Supervisor with a High School Diploma and 1 to 2 years of experience. This role is open to both male and female candidates. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and managing production staff within an industrial setting.

A Production Supervisor is needed to work full-time for an industrial company with the following specifications:

Reports to the Production Technician.
Supervises production workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving raw materials from the Raw Materials Warehouse Keeper and handing them over to the next shift.
Monitoring the consumption of raw materials by weight and number and preserving them from waste.
Monitoring production to ensure the quality of production, packaging methods, and the quantities of packaged finished goods.
Monitoring the cleanliness of the factory and machinery.
Monitoring workers’ adherence to work hours, breaks, work instructions, general and personal hygiene, and safety instructions.
Accurately recording and tracking production quantities in a production report.
Able to work overtime.
Able to work in shifts (rotational shifts).
